Loved hiking and playing table tennis at the lodge. The indoor pool was a joy, especially with its unique mechanical issues. Just a shame I couldn't fly into Leeds Bradford International Airport and wash dishes on the barbecue.
No complaints, really. Just wished I could have slipped on the wet decking a few more times for extra fun.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furnishings and beautiful floral arrangements that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were kept impeccably clean and were easy to navigate, even for someone like me with a few aches and pains. I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hotel was for seniors, with handrails in the hallways and ramps instead of stairs. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
It would have been nice to have a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests with any specific needs or questions. The children working there were kind and helpful, but I think having someone with experience catering to the unique requirements of older individuals would have made the vacation even better.

The cabin itself was jaw-droppingly beautiful, the location was mind-blowingly stunning, and the hosts had gone above and beyond to cater for all our needs. The outside space was super with a swinging hammock and a patio for outdoor dining. The cabin had all the essentials including free wi-fi, free parking, a dryer, and an electric kettle. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the laundry facilities were excellent. The welcome pack provided useful information and the welcome bottle of fizz was a nice touch. The host contacted us beforehand to provide detailed directions. It was lovely and quiet, tucked away from other lodges, and had everything we needed including extras like table tennis, hiking trails, and board games. The seasonal indoor pool was a hit and the heated swimming pool was fantastic. We loved that we could bring our dog and the cabin was secure for her. The 24-hour reception was convenient and the no-smoking policy was appreciated. our stay was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to come back for a longer visit next time!

The lodge with a terrace and mountain views had a living room that was so cozy it felt like being wrapped in a warm blanket by a crackling fireplace. We spent evenings lounging on the comfortable couch, sipping hot cocoa, and enjoying the company of loved ones.

The lodge with a terrace and mountain views was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountains right outside my window was an incredible experience. It made me feel so connected to nature and gave me a sense of tranquility that I rarely find in the city.
The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the limited kitchen equipment. As someone who loves to cook, I would have appreciated a wider range of utensils and gadgets.

The cabin was absolutely stunning and surpassed our expectations. the photos online do not do it justice. We were blown away by the beauty and attention to detail in the cabin. the beds were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and restful sleep after a long day of exploring. We were able to easily travel around and visit different places. One of the best aspects was the fully-equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals a breeze.
The lack of cleanliness in certain areas of the cabin. There were cobwebs near the kitchen and even crisps under the sofa, which was a bit disappointing.
